The pride of Kushitaro's main restaurant is its "maki kushi" (skewers), which are made by wrapping fresh vegetables around pork.
The vegetables and pork are grilled at once on a special grill to unite their flavors,
The result is a bottle that is both juicy and savory.
We offer a wide variety of rolls, from the classic asparagus rolls and shiso rolls to unique varieties such as tomato rolls and rice cake rolls,
